nodeenv --prompt="(special)" nenv, the prompt value is ignored in activate.fish due to some missing template strings. This PR fixes it.

When creating a node environment with
nodeenv --prompt="(special)" nenv, the prompt value is ignored inactivate.fishdue to some missing template strings. This PR fixes it.
